Tenses (काल)

Present Tense: Simple (I eat), Continuous (I am eating), Perfect (I have eaten), Perfect Continuous (I have been eating)
Past Tense: Simple (I ate), Continuous (I was eating), Perfect (I had eaten), Perfect Continuous (I had been eating)
Future Tense: Simple (I will eat), Continuous (I will be eating), Perfect (I will have eaten), Perfect Continuous (I will have been eating)

Active & Passive Voice (वाच्य)

Active: Subject + Verb + Object (Ram eats an apple)
Passive: Object + Helping Verb + V3 + by + Subject (An apple is eaten by Ram)
Rules: Object becomes subject, use appropriate form of 'be', main verb in V3.

Direct & Indirect Speech (कथन)

Direct: He said, "I am happy."
Indirect: He said that he was happy.
Changes: Tense change (Present→Past), Pronoun change, Time expressions change (now→then, today→that day).

Parts of Speech (शब्दभेद)

Noun: Ram, Delhi, honesty
Pronoun: I, you, he, she, they
Verb: eat, run, sleep
Adjective: beautiful, tall, red
Adverb: quickly, slowly, very
Preposition: in, on, at, under
Conjunction: and, but, because
Interjection: Oh! Wow! Alas!

Essay & Letter Writing (निबंध एवं पत्र)

Formal Letter: To Principal, Editor, Government Officials - Format: Sender's Address, Date, Receiver's Address, Subject, Salutation, Body, Complimentary Close.
Informal Letter: To friends, family - Friendly tone, personal language.
Essay Topics: Importance of Education, Pollution, My School, Digital India, Women Empowerment, Environmental Conservation.

Synonyms & Antonyms (पर्यायवाची एवं विलोम)

Synonyms: Happy → Joyful, Glad, Cheerful, Delighted
Antonyms: Happy → Sad, Unhappy, Miserable, Sorrowful
Important: Beautiful → Lovely, Pretty, Attractive (Synonyms); Ugly (Antonym)

Modals (सहायक क्रियाएँ)

Can: Ability (I can swim), Permission (Can I go?)
Could: Past ability (I could run fast), Polite request (Could you help?)
May: Permission (May I come in?), Possibility (It may rain)
Might: Less possibility (She might come)
Should: Advice (You should study)
Must: Necessity (You must obey rules)

Transformation of Sentences (वाक्य रूपांतरण)

Affirmative to Negative: He is honest → He is not dishonest.
Assertive to Interrogative: She is beautiful → Isn't she beautiful?
Exclamatory to Assertive: How beautiful! → It is very beautiful.
Simple to Complex: He worked hard to pass → He worked hard so that he could pass.
